Dominik is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Mirantus Health GmbH. He most recently served as part of the founding team and Chief Operating Officer of the publicly listed Linus Digital Finance AG. Prior to that, he worked as a consultant in the Berlin office of McKinsey & Company. Dominik holds a degree in business administration. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School, an M.A. in International Studies from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.S.c. from WHU - Otto Beisheim Schoof of Management.

Claus is a physician and as founder and Chief Medical Officer of Mirantus responsible for the operational business of the company. After studying at the LMU Munich with stays abroad at the teaching hospitals of Harvard Medical School (USA) and the University of Zurich, he most recently worked as a postgraduate at Moorfields Eye Hospital London / UCL Institute of Ophthalmology (UK) with a research focus on telemedicine and innovative care models.

Philipp is Head of Business Development at Mirantus. Previously, he worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he focused on healthcare and HealthTech and co-authored, among others, the E-Health Monitor 2022. Philipp holds an M.Sc. from Copenhagen Business School with a focus on Digital Health and a B.S.c. from the University of Augsburg.

Silke is responsible for operations at Mirantus and has more than 15 years of operational experience in various retail companies. Previously, she held several management and purchasing positions where she was able to prove her communication and organizational know-how.

Bernhard is an optometrist (M.Sc.) and is committed to the successful collaboration between optometry and ophthalmology. At Mirantus, he works with ophthalmologists to provide high-quality care for patients.
